As far as is possible our service will remain as per normal during the latest lockdown COVID Restrictions in place.
In order to protect ourselves and you, we cannot accept customer collecitons from Banwy with immediate effect. All goods will be sent out using our pallet service.
We are aware that some traders may not be open during this lockdown. If you have pallets that have been dispatched then you will need to make arrangements to unload or store the goods. Where a pallet is returned to Banwy we wont be able to resend without a further pallet charge. Unless you call us then we will assume it is business as usual and dispatch your orders as per normal.
For orders paid for that you might need storing for a short agreed period then we will be happy to facilitate this. Any Trade Projected Orders where you required by dates may have changed please let us know as soon as possible, as seats that remain unpaid will be put back into stock. We are really sorry but we do not have infinite storage and are already fully stocked to help traders cope with the surge in demand / Brexit.
