Expecting a pallet?

We use the The Pallet Network for the majority of our deliveries of beds or pallet items. Note SCA roofs use a dedicated local courier from us direct to you so are excluded from this tracking.

When we start to dispatch your pallet your get a shipping email .... sometimes this will go to your spam!

The pallet will track from the evening that it is loaded on a lorry simply go onto the TPN website and enter your Tracking Number and postcode. The yellow indicates where the pallet is.

If your pallet is on a Book In service (BKIT) they will call you to agree a delivery day. If it is on a dedicated day or Next Day delivery then you wont get a call so please make sure you are available for delivery. A failed delivery will mean the pallet is charged at £70 for a redelivery.

If you have an issue with a damaged pallet where the goods inside could be affected then it is really important that you report it damaged before signing otherwise we cannot help.
